Q: When will my item ship??

Our next shipment date is July 28, 2017.  Any orders in by Dec. 1 (unless highly customized or specialty items) will be shipped on or around Dec. 16.  Our next shipment date after Dec. 13 is around mid-Jan.  Please order as soon as you can over the holidays! Other than stock items that can ship within a week, we pick up from the amish woodworker every 4-5 weeks and try to ship within a week from pickup.  We need to give the amish woodworker a 2-3 week leadtime (during the holidays it can be longer).  You can also contact us to get an estimate of when your item will ship.

Q: How does your pricing work?

A:  Base Prices are always offered in oak wood & stained.  If you are interested in upgrades (or unfinished), here is how we price our items.

Add 35%
Quartersawn Oak Wood
Add 40%
White Maple Wood Add 40%
Painted (suggested on brown maple wood) Add 10%
Unfinished (no stain or paint) subtract $7.50
Minwax Stain (instead of our stains) add $6.00
Custom Paint Choice
Add standard 10% for painted items + provide the paint
Wooden Pegs to Shelves $2 / peg

Q: Do you stock any items for quick shipment?

Yes we do, please contact us to find out our current stock.  We can ship stock items 2-3 business days from your order.  If you need it quicker, please let us know.

 

Q: How do I get a quote for a customized item?

You can contact us at sales [at] HopeWoodworking [dot] com (replace the [at] with "@" and [dot] with ".")  - we try to respond within a few hours, during busy times it can take up to 48 hours.  Please make sure to include dimensions, finish, wood type, hardware, and any other details we may need to know.

 

Q: Do you have installation instructions for wall mounted items?

A:  Yes, we do.  Please see our installation instructions page.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A:  We will replace products or parts in the very rare chance they are damaged, defected, or "not as pictured/described".  The customer is responsible for making sure they ordered the right product; including size, color etc.  We will not accept returns due to a customer's mistake in the ordering process.  Therefore, please take this opportunity to make sure you ordered the right item.  If you didn't, we are more than happy to work with you to get it fixed.
